Job Description

Assembly of prototype products for the defense industry, setting up test rigs, and conducting test processes.
Conducting test activities and meticulously keeping test records.
Maintaining workshop order and tracking necessary test equipment.
Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner as part of a team.
Fulfilling relevant external tasks.
Ability to carry loads of appropriate weight and perform tasks requiring precise hand movements.
Proficiency in basic computer use and the ability to perform related tasks.
Reading technical drawings and instructions to carry out prototype assembly processes.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards during assembly and installation processes.Collaborating on projects and participating in project teams.
Setting an example for colleagues by working in accordance with occupational health and safety rules.

Requirements

Graduated from Vocational Schools or Vocational High Schools in Mechanical or Chemical departments.
Preferably 2 years of experience in prototype assembly, test rig setup, and testing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in using measurement tools and hand tools (calipers, torque tools, etc.).
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and a fast-paced environment.
For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempt.
